Are you an experienced Store Person looking for a fresh start for 2018? The role involves - but is not limited to: pick/packing, inwards and outwards goods, stock takes and completing documentation to a high level. If the listed points below describe you, I would like to hear from you: * Good oral and written communication skills * Current Fork hoist license and experience with articulated fork hoists is preferrable but not necessary * At least two years warehouse experience - 3PL experience preferrable * Basic computer skills, you will need to know Word, Outlook and ideally computerised inventory control systems * Physically fit - you will be heavy lifting 15-20kgs frequently * Have a great work ethic, be a team player and be a hard worker * Excellent time management skills * MPI accreditation (preferred but not essential) * Devanning experience * Reliable and self motivated with a keen willingness to learn * High attention to detail * Dangerous goods experience (preferred but not essential) The advertised position will initially be Temporary with the opportunity to become Contract or Permanent. Based in Wiri, they are seeking a Yard/Operations Manager to manage the stock yard and ensure the smooth running of their busy branch. This involves managing 1 direct report to assist you with day to day requirements. It is a vital role as you are responsible for the vehicles, purchasing, delivery and you are relied upon heavily to ensure the stock is up to date. You will be a proactive and reliable person who flourishes within a busy team environment. For this role you must hold a minimum of a Class 2 License. Ideally someone with the following licenses: Class 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, Forklift and Wheels, Tracks and Loaders endorsed Drivers License. Responsibilities: * Management of all stock and inventory in the yard with the help of an assistant (Trucks, Machinery, Towing equip). * Oversee the day to day work of the assistant. * Process and facilitate the sale including photos, purchase agreements and pick up and drop offs of vehicles/machinery. * Ensuring all stock is presentable and ready to sell on time. * Updating all stock information via the iPad App with changes, new items and purchases.
