They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator for their Kitchener / Waterloo operations. In this dual performing role as an Estimator and Project Manager you will be responsible for providing overall technical expertise and administrative support to construction projects. What's involved ? A licensed architect whose design specialty is in industrial warehousing and manufacturing facilities. Our client builds practical and innovative designs of Food Manufacturing Facilities and Refrigerated Warehouses across Canada. You will work on new designs, reviews and assessment of facilities ranging across Site Development, Greenfields, Additions and Building Alterations from concept to close out.
