As a member of the SAP HR Reporting & Employee Services Team, you will be joining a division that delivers a range of key activities including performance management, recruitment, remuneration, and organisational development, labour planning, Occupational Health and Safety, implementing policies and improving procedures. In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of services to the company in the areas of Salary Administration, Helpdesk Support and Testing. The responsibilities of this position will be wide ranging and include: Salary Administration: * Administer daily salary maintenance requirements on SAP. * Monitor MSS workflows on a regular basis and action as required. * Identify and investigate anomalies in payroll requests in relation to application of policy and consult with relevant stakeholder/s to resolve issue. Help desk Support: * Provide a help desk support for queries relating to systems, reporting and benefits by managing the phone hotline and the team email inbox. * Capture all technical system systems from a user perspective, analyse, identify problem and liaise with internal support teams to ensure resolution. * Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions on all new and existing HR systems. In conjunction with this activity, maintain system support tools and resources. * Critically analyse, investigate and apply problem solving principles in dealing with salary and helpdesk issues on a daily basis. SAP System Testing * Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on corrections and enhancements to the systems, including quality checks on the testing process. * Complete testing commitments linked to key activities including Disaster Recovery Testing and Annual Support Stacks Testing.
